For all of you who I have met on this board (Ben, Linda Sue, Lisa Rae and everyone else who I am not mentioning by name), I would like to say it has been a pleasure communicating with you and getting to know you all.

Although it was short lived, I have enjoyed my time with you especially being able to provide you with what I consider to be the most objective and valuable information I can, to help you reach your weight and health goals.

Today, is my last day on the board as an AN, someone else will be here to guide and support you.

I wish you all much success!

Wow, shortlived is right. It's good Atkins isn't going away completely, but thanks for the link. You helped me tremendously and I'm finally eating right. Good luck and please, if you feel the urge, come back and chat with us.

Awww..An..I'm truly sorry to see you go! We didn't always agree, but I learned some wonderful things from you..and your input has been very helpful to me personally!

Thanks for taking the time to help us all...you WILL be missed! The New AN will have some big shoes to fill
