Ick I feel icky

I started Atkins induction this week , this isnt my first time trying Atkins , about a year ago I lost 20 pounds when i was on it for a month. Well I really really wanna exercise , i have a treadmill and weight bench BUT i feel like crap , very sluggish and feeling like my heart is beating to fast ( i do have anxiety if thats something im noticing to much-heartbeat) But just fatigued...so should i try to exercise and when will this go away, I been feeling this way for two days now...I didnt feel that way last time i was on Atkins ...help please !!

Sorry you feel bad....it will get better.

When I first started I was sick for almost the whole induction period....nausea, fatique and a horrible headache....then one day it was GONE!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these symptoms. They will go away within a day or two. If not you may want to visit your doctor.

It may help to:

drink at least 100 oz. of water
use a multi-vitamin
eat small frequent meals that are on plan, ie chicken soup, chicken/tuna salad, cheese, meatballs, celery and cream cheese...

Im thinking maybe i should go to the doctor, I do feel better today , dont feel sluggish anymore BUT now the bathroom seems to be my best friend , unless anyone has ever had that side effect?? I did loose 2 pounds though ...

If you mean as in urinating, it's a side effect for some. First time ever doing Atkins...about 2 days in and I needed to go almost every hour. Dr. Atkins wrote about this side-effect in DANDR. HTH (hope this helps)
