Is it better to eat a lighter evening meal?

Hi.

This is a question that we have bounced around on the board for
several years..

Is it better to eat a lighter evening meal as I've read that the
metabolism slows down in the evening???

I know that for myself, eating even a 5 ounce steak at dinner
time can often feel like it's sitting in my stomach.

Appreciate your input..

I would love to hear the answer to this myself.

I think it is most important to eat enough calories.

If you do not want to eat a heavy meal at night don't, especially if it sits in your stomach.

This may not be true for some people who may eat light during the day and be hungry later in the evening.

So, my reply is whatever works best for you!
