What is the difference?
Between using half-n-half or whipping cream? I use a little in my coffee and a little in my eggs each morning. I just wondered if there is one I should be using over the other. Thanks!

Some people prefer more fat. Half & Half is just that lower calories and lower fat taste.
I use Hoods Carb countdown Milk. Its acually lower in calories and its not milk like in half & half. |

Thank you so much. I bought some of the Carb Countdown milk, but haven't used it as of yet. I'm scared to use too many products during this first two weeks of induction. I'm trying to stick to how I did this the first time around before all this new stuff came out.
I'm worried about going over in carbs if I don't do something just right. All this new stuff shows little carbs on the labels, but little carbs add up quickly! So, I'm being careful. Thanks for the answer! I was wondering if I was okay with the half-n-half. |

i like half and half to in my coffe because it just taste so good.
i would be afraid to use hoods milk because it is milk and i think it may contain many more calories than half and half. i have tasted hoods milk before but really didn't care for it much. |

The difference is 1/2 n 1/2 has more carbs than heavy cream.
So, if you use very little, it is likely not to matter. However, if you are looking to keep carbs to a minimum and have the choice, the whipped cream will give you the least amount of carbs. |
