Water Enhancement
I have a question for AN. I order the Atkins orange drink (splenda). Prepare a pitcher. Put about 1/3 in the glass and fill the rest up with water. This fulfils the flavor for me. Do you think I'm "legal" in doing this? I then can drink about 112 oz. per day easily and still pee like a race horse!!!
I posted this as a reply and reposted as a subject. Thanks for your help |

I actually do the same. I use less than a third of the water , I add in just enough for flavor.

Citrus Acid
Thanks. Ok, my next question is that I heard that citrus acid will slow weight loss. I can't imagine why unless it was just talking about use with aspartame which of course I do not use. However, there are some enhanced drinks that use spenda like Fruit 2o that are full of citrus acid. And so is the Atkins Morning Start drink. Could this be a problem at all?
I am a very slow loser even though I work out an hour 6 days a week. Thanks Daryl |

I have not heard that citrus acid inhibits weight loss.
People who exercise on Atkins lose inches first, maybe try monitoring inches lost. |
