vitamins???

Hey guys

i have tried induction before but couldnt get past my withdrawal symptoms in the first two days...i felt like a truck had hit me.

I now have a few days to rest and relax and would like to try again,,,could someone please tell me what vitamins i should be taking?

a multi vitamin and then is it a good idea to take a seperate one to specifically deal with the cravings??

like magnesium or potassium or will i get enough in the multi?

also....to combat constipation are psyllium husks ok in induction?

help would be much appreciated

Sure, my suggestions:

Drink 100oz. of water/green tea
Eat small frequent meals/snacks throughout the day
Take a mult-vitamin (no sugar, yeast, ...), essential oils, CoQ10 (100mg), and you may want to try a B complex (this helps with energy levels)

If you feel you need to take a tylenol, then do so.

I hope this helps! Good luck
