water/green tea
I see you recommending people drink water/green tea. Are you saying green tea is equal to water? Could I drink 100 oz of green tea per day and that'd be okay? Or do I need to drink water too?

I think it is important to drink a variety of beverages: water, green tea, water with lemon/lime and even flavored seltzer on occasion.
Remember that green tea has caffeine in small amounts but if you drink excessive amounts the caffeine adds up. |
