Exercise and Ketosis
Hi,
I have been curious about something. I was wondering if exercise puts you into ketosis or if you just produce ketones when you exercise. Thanks. |

The answer is YES!
The state that Dr. "A" called ketosis is actually just a natural state of the body. Once the sugar stores of our bodies are exhausted we burn our stored fat. Exercise will burn up these stores more quickly and produce a continuous state of fat burning more quickly. Try both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. My belief is that weight lifting is actually better for producing this effect more quickly. That however is just personal opinion.... lkmjbc3 |
