Can't get back into Ketosis!
Arg...I had 11.5 weeks of strict induction and my keto sticks were showing that I was in Ketosis. I had a slip and ate carbs for 1 night 8 days ago and then got right back on track. However, 8 days later and I am still showing not a trace of ketones even after 8 straight days of really strict induction. I am so weary right now and not sure how to break this stall. Any suggestions?

I agree with with Angie. Ketones are effected by many things including how much water you drink.
Do not use keto-sticks as a means of success, use them as a guide. If you are losing weight and not in ketosis, then do not us ethe sticks. |
