Help for the 'aged'...

Is there anything different that the um....more 'mature' LC'r should do or not do? With the slowing metabolism, would you suggest less carbs? less calories? more excercise?
Thanks,
Tyler

I suggest starting with Induction, do not go below recommendations for carbs. Consume 3-4 cups of salad vegetables

Drink lots of water (80-100oz.)

Definitely exercise, of course with your doctors clearance.

Use a multi-vitamin/mineral, essential oil supplement and take extra calcium:magnesium. You will find a cal:mag supplement at any drug/health food store

Please keep ud updated on your progress.
