Accidental mistake Help !!!

I made the biggest mistake today and without even realizing what I was doing until it was to late. Just a few mins ago I decided to take some of my childrens Jr. strength liquid ibprofen. ( bubble gum flavor yuck !! ) I've had a massive headache all day and the only thing I could find right off hand was it. I'm not one for taking pills, and usually when I have a headache I fight it off myself without the help of meds. Today has been a whole different story. I've had it since 7 am this morning ( its now after 2 pm here ) , so just a few mins ago I drank to drinks of it .............. AND AFTER DOING IT I WAS LIKE OMG WHAT HAVE I DONE. i've been on induction for the past week and am deep in ketosis. I tried looking for the ingredients but I can't find anything on the bottle ........... Help ! will this throw me out of ketosis.. I've worked so hard and have been very strict with what I've ate , and drank .

Krista...

Don't beat yourself up..Just drink alot of water..and be very careful what you eat tonight..I might do a total protein meal..
with no carbs..and glug that water..Many times water will
help with headaches, too..

Please dont panic !

I did the same thing last night....I was at work and very sick to my stomach....I went to teh nurse and she gave me this little cup with red fluid and said drink this.....at that point I was so eager to get rid of the sick feeling I wasnt even thinking about sugar.
After realising what I did I was so scared, its been over a year since I had sugar, but in reality it was prolly no more sugar then what I may get in a salad dressing. When I got home I was still in ketosis , I survived and so shall you.

Drink your water.....

The jr strenth tylenol that I used when my kids were small was sugar-free...don't know about the IBU.....

lol calm down, i dont think a couple tbsp of medicine is gonna ruin it for you.. you'll be fine, dont worry. its no biggie.

Thanks so much for the encouragement, Luckily and thankfully I'm still In ket. !!! After having been so careful about my eating habits , and what I was drinking, I just didn't want to see something like that " throw me off" lol............ And I was scared I'd have to start induction all over again lol.... Once again Thanks !!!
