My parents, Centrum Silver

My Dad and Mom just started Atkins yesterday and they are taking Centrum Silver, should they be taking a different vitamin or should this be sufficient? They are in their middle 70's.

Here is general info. that is important for them.

Drink at least 80 oz. of water
Use a multi vitamin that does not contain, yeast, sugar,
Make sure they are getting adequate calcium 1200 mg (cal:mag supplement)
Eat a minimum of 3 meals/day

Centrum Silver is a good choice because it doesn't contain iron. You don't even have to be over 50 to take it!
