I just started this way of eating and was wondering how long before you start losing weight.

Are you saying that you haven't lost anything since you started on August 11?

Don't be alarmed, or stressed through this because even dieting stress raises blood sugar levels and works against all you're trying to do. Some just don't lose as fast even when beginning, nor further on either, and most times there's a remedy for everything... but perhaps you could post a typical daily menu that will be here by the time the nutritionist arrives to help.

I re-inducted on the 23 and thanks everyone for there response. I need to change my start date.
