Mind Boggling Question ? :(
I recently started this WOE again. The first time I started was last spring and within the first week and 1/2 I lost 14 pds. While I was very excited , and know I'm able to accomplish anything I set my mind to . I do have a question. My current weight is 185 , and my goal is 135. The question I have is after losing this weight will I have the " loose skin " problem that some have at times ? And why is it that some do have that problem ? ....... If anyone could pls help me with any advice , or info on this matter I would appreciate it. I always weighed between 117 and 135 up until 5 yrs ago when I slowly started gaining weight. Simply but just eating whatever I wanted and not excer. the way I used to............... Thanks

This is why exercise is important!
Cardio, weights, get moving at least 30 minutes a day. Losing slower is better in my opinion, your skin is more apt to shrink with it. |

Weight training will help this sagging skin issue.
