I know a similiar question was asked here recently, but i was wondering if you could specifically answer this. Could you give me a recomendation as to how many fat/protein/carb grams are generally suggested for people on maintainence? Thank you.

Calorie distribution for maintenance is approx. 25% carbs, 30% protein and 45%fat
