Am I doing this Right?

New to Atkins. Originally started on Atkins..many months ago...never was really sure if I was doing the program right.. Went off the wagon and HIGH carbed it again. Decided I needed to jump start my new passion of going to the gym and working out. Decided exercise alone was not going to save my butt (literally), so decided to go LowCarb again....started on South Beach..then kinda migrated back to ATKINS....my question is this..am I doing this right? Induction week 2..here is my menu for today:

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs with 1 liter of water

Snack: String Cheese

Lunch: Mongolian (shredded chicken with veggies: Cabbage, slice of tomatoe cut in 4's, green pepper, mushrooms, a few peanuts) Like a stir fry.

Snack: small bag of peanuts. Individual sized. Planters. Salted.

Dinner: Small salad (Lettuce greens) with Ceaser dressing and 4 rolls of sliced chicken.

........

30 minutes of Cardio on eliptical.
4 sets of 15 crunches
.........

What do you all think? Sometimes I feel like I am eating too much. Or not the right things. I do feel better.....
More energy and leaner! Any suggestions? BTW.. I have 135 lbs to lose!

Thanks!

Peanuts should not be ate during induction, actually a peanut is not really a "nut" it's a legume, which you should save for further into OWL.

Also make sure you pick up a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution and read it!!!! The book is very important must have!!!

Eggs & water & string cheese is GREAT! I'd watch the take-out chinese tho, lots of corn starch as thickener in the sauces, as well as sugar. You want to avoid all nuts to begin with (if you're following the "ladder") and they do stall alot of folks.
I'd dodge the ceaser dressing as well unless YOU make it. Most prepared caesar dressings have sugar. Full fat (not the low fat, low fat=more sugar) dressings are the way to go, like ranch.

Other than that looks good to me

I agree, for Induction stick more Meats, eggs, cheese and an occasional bar if need.
Keep the water going along with exercise.
