Nuts and seeds...

I have heard a lot of talk about how that nuts and seeds stall people. I have also heard that cheese or yogart stalls some people. Do these things cause stalls just by eating them, or does the problem come from eating too many of them?

nuts/seeds

Different people will have different responses to various foods. Of course if you eat too many portions of these items, it will effect weight loss.

Nuts are higher in carbs, so approx 10 conatin about 5 grams of carbs.

If you would like to add nuts into your plan, it may be best to add them to a salad and not use them to snack on, (they are easy to overeat)

Yogurt, too is often high in carbs. Hood has a lower carb yogurt. The best thing to do is read the label and look for serving size, serving/container and net carbs/total carbs.

Cheese has the least amount of carbs of the foods you mentioned but I have heard of those who eat massive quantities of it because they think there are 0 carbs. Cheese does have carbs and eating 3-4 oz. should not stall your weight loss.

I hope this helps.
