Yeast overgrowth and stall

Hi this is my first post here, love this site!!!!!!!!!

I have been doing Atkins for around three years now. I have lost and gained (to many of the new products out there). Anyway About six months ago I started taking bc pills again and gained 10 pounds that will not come off. I have stopped the bc pills for about three weeks now, but fear that this has caused a yeast overgrowth in my body. I have put myself back on induction and the scale will not move

I have been taking the am renew/ pm cleanse and the accel for a few days. What else could I add to help with this ? Also I have seven silver fillings in my mouth, beyond having them replaced could they be adding to the problem and what can be done about it?

You should also be taking acidophilus to add the good bacteria back in to your digestive tract. Although you're on induction, you'll also need to avoid all dairy products, vinegar, mushrooms and anything with Splenda or sugar alcohol.

I know what you're going through. It's something I'll have to battle the rest of my life I think!
