Cheat meals/days?

I am new to Atkins. I started on Monday and I know I shouldn't be thinking about cheating already ( ) But I am. Do you ever have a cheat day/meal?

I have been OP since Sept 2nd. I am planning ahead for a cheat meal on Thanksgiving, but am refusing to let myself cheat until then!

Sure but my first "off-plan/planned" meal was 5 months into my WOE (NYE). Have not had one since but my next "off-plan"meal will be Thanksgiving. Unplanned is that i will still stick to Atkins "Induction" Food List but may increase my portion of the Turkey. Must satisfy my meat tooth.
