New here

New to low carb and this site.

Can someone tell me if they've had good results with unjury protein?

Thanks!

I've found in the past when I've used carb-friendly protein powders that it never really fills me up and that sometimes it can even trigger my blood sugar.

Unless you're adding a tablespoon of coconut oil, I'd steer clear of powders and bars for induction, at least.

Your best bet for success is to stick real whole foods. Meat, eggs, cheese, fats, and veggies if your plan allows for them.
