Good for you Kimber! Technically I'm still overweight according to the BMI charts, but I really am pretty happy with where I'm at. I need to tone, tighten, and strengthen, but I don't think the scale will go down much more.

OH! Forgot to mention that while we're in Vegas I'm finally going down the water slide that goes through the shark tank at the Golden Nugget Hotel! I've always wanted to do it, but was always too heavy for the slide. So excited!!!

Well, I thought I had posted yesterday but it seems it didn't go through. My final weigh-in for May was 197.2 - 10 pounds gone in the month of May. But, of course, my new weigh-in for June is a different story! I will post that when the new June challenge thread is opened.

I need to up my exercise. It's the only thing I can see that I'm doing wrong, I eat only when hungry so I'm thinking I may not make the 1,000 calorie mark every day, I need to pay closer attention to that too. I don't typically track but for the month of June (except for when I'm away on vacation) my goal is to track every day.

I need to finish off May before I start June. My weight on the 31st was up to 158. So my loss for the month 8 pounds. Now onto June.
