Atkins Newbie

Starting the Atkins diet on Monday. This weekend I am going shopping for the food on the list for week 1 on their website. Looking for any helpful hints or anyone who would like to talk about how our plan is going. I have about 50 pounds I would like to get rid of once and for all.

Welcome Paula! The best advice I can give you it to keep it simple. Meat, eggs, cheese, and fats. If your version of the plan allows veggies, then those too, but keep it simple. Post often and join us in the monthly challenge for daily motivation and support.
