Low Carb Protein Shake recomendations

I am looking for a low carb shake mix to use as a recovery drink after heavy gym days. I figured in place of driving all around town searching for one I would ask. I am specifically asking if you know it did not knock you out of ketosis.

I don't know about any mixes but I use the EAS Carb Control pre-made shakes. They taste good and don't stall me at all. In fact, if I drink a shake with something high carb, it keeps the next day's gain to a minimum. Like I'll gain just a 1 lb vs 3 lbs if I drink the shake with a slice of pizza.

I have used ISOPURE Zero-Carb Protein powder and it has not hindered ketosis for me. Neither has Optimum Nutrition (Casein).

Netrition has a great selection of different flavors for both.

Has anyone used ItWorks profit shakes? 100 calories/5 g carb/14 g protein no added sugars?
