Posting my lunch salad...

Smoked salmon, sundried red peppers, buffalo mozarella, parsley and purslane.
The dressing is a lemon, sea salt and olive oil vinaigrette and I used nori flakes for the green sprinkles! :yummy:

MMmmmmmmmmm, I love scotch eggs! but haven't made them in awhile. I also rolled mine in Parmesan cheese and crushed pork rinds, I now do lower fat, so I am going to look for Turkey sausage this week, so I can make some.

I am beginning AGAIN!

I just love the Food Porn sight! I made a recipe tonight that was wonderful.

Ground Turkey, browned and add Fajita spices and a little olive oil.
Then, after the turkey is cooked and browned, add chopped onion and green pepper.

In a casserole dish, place the cooked turkey, onion and green pepper and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese has melted on top!

Take out of the oven and put a dollop of sour cream on top! Enjoy!

Original recipe, by me! Candylee
