Boneless Pork Ribs??

I have some boneless country style pork ribs in the freezer. Is there a good recipe that's low carb. I bought them before I decided to do Atkins. Thanks in advance!

Here's a few sauces I made for pork ribs.

Honey Mustard Sauce: Mustard, Splenda, & mayo...can't give exact measurements, mix all ingredients well, adjust seasonings to you liking...I might have also added soy sauce.

Barbecue Sauce: Tomato sauce, mustard, Splenda...mix all ingredients together, cook meat to 1/2 way point, cover meat with sauce continue to cook 10 minutes or so.

I have switched to sugar free meat rubs. They give me the flavor I used to get from BBQ sauce.
I am eagerly awaiting my BBQ sauce from Netrition.

Use a dry rub on them. Make your dry rub without sugar. I don't like any of the sugar free BBQ sauces. Look in the store at the bbq sauces you can find some lower carb ones. Usually it is the vinegar based sauces. My favorite is Stubbs. It has 6 grams a carbs per serving. I just don't use much of it and skip other carbs that day.
