Flax Flatbread?

yay or nay? One of my coworkers told me about a flatbread called Damascus Flax Flatbread where it has 5 net carbs per serving. Can we have these on induction? Don't want to waste my money buying some and getting excited over it.

Once in awhile I make my own flaxmeal bread. I have never gotten it to taste quite right. And even though it's 0 net carbs, it makes me stall.

I wouldn't. That's just me, but I think that for your best losses, you should avoid it for now. Maybe add it in later and see how you do with it.

ditto no flax and as little frankenfood if possible.

Great thanks all.
MtherGoos, so NO flax seed is allowed?? I'm asking because I've seen recipes on here involving flax and here that it cancels each other out because of the fiber.

Trismama, I only know what the Atkins 72 version allows, and on that version we don't count net carbs, we count whole carbs. I'm just saying that for the best losses, I personally don't go near anything like flax seeds. I keep it pretty basic with just meat, eggs, cheese and fats.
