Good luck! You can do it! I would always keep the following low carb snacks around:
- 100 calorie nut packs (there is even chocolate almond that is only 4g carbs!!!)
- mozzarella marble cheese sticks
- chicken wings
- celery sticks & laughing cow cheese

You can do it.

Ps. ...from one mom of toddlers to another, try not to snack on your kids' leftovers. I used to do that since I did not want their food to go to waste & kids can be picky eaters. I have a 3 and 5 year old & I always used to eat what they left on their plates. I no longer do this.
