No Ticker Yet - Progress Update
I started New Years Day at 197.something. :cry: I am down to 190 as of this morning. Not as fast as some but keep in mind this is my 3rd trip down Atkins Lane! 150 is where my body is comfortable. Gosh 40 pounds seems like a lot but I've done it before. I need to sit down and make mini-goals for myself. Any tips on doing that?
