need input!

I stick with induction foods strictly, and have been losing. Tonight I drank about 10 Michelob Ultras. Now what? Has anyone done this and kept on losing, say drinking like this once a week?

I don't think Dr. Atkins recommended that did he?
I guess you have to treat it as a fall off the wagon and get back on. Drink loads of water, eat a big brekkie of eggs and bacon, think good thoughts and be good to yourself.

My best friend will be visiting me this weekend and I know I'm going to cave and have a few drinks. I'm going to stick to rum and diet coke, even though I really miss my beer. I will let you know what happens.

Did you get knocked out of ketosis? What did your scale say?

I'm going to be the bad kid here and admit that I've definitely gone overboard with the Mich Ultras before. I would save my carbs for the day to drink them lol. Definitely drink LOTS of water and have a good breakfast the next morning. That much mich ultra would stall me for a couple of days.

Chances are that it will probably stall you for a few days, but just treat it as a one time indulgence and get right back on track. I wouldn't think you could do that every weekend and have good losses, but as an occasional indulgence you can probably work it in. Just know that it will probably stall you for a few days or a week.

Thanks guys... I do not own a scale, and think its best I dont, but I have not been able to weigh in yet. Tomorrow I weigh in and see what damage I have done.

I did lose 2 pounds this week after the ultras. I am sure I would have lost more if I had not drank. On the other hand after sticking strict all week long I have no desire to drink, even though its Friday I have chicken chunks, fried mushrooms, and homeade blue cheese planned for my Friday night!!
