Hi Casey,

This menu works well for me. I try to drink water throughout the day. At least 64 oz but if you can send more then go for it. I usually lose 3-4 lbs (sometimes a bit more) weekly. Check out the induction porn thread for some tasty recipe ideas. This menu is what I typically do during the week. I try to cook something fun on the weekends.

B

2-3 scrambled (or boiled) eggs with two sausage links
1 cup of coffee w/ a bit of cream and Truvia

L

Chicken breast
Veggie (or small salad)
Flavored water

S

Handful of almonds

D

2 deviled eggs (2 halves)
Turkey burger or chicken thighs
Broccoli

S

Two low carb cheesecake muffins

The most common meals I have are:

-Eggs, usually scrambled or fried
-butter (eaten with the eggs)
-bacon
-baked chicken
-Truvia is my sweetner of choice [soooo good!!! ]... took me months to discover it, I buy it in bulk!
- I take HWC, ice, and vanilla Torani syrup to make a "vanilla milkshake"
-cans of tuna with a spoonful of mayo
-olives (how I like to get my fat in)
-and my number one go-to snack is Lime Creamsicle Jello

For me, I pretty just stick to meat, eggs, cheese, mayo, olive oil, and coconut oil. I have my very best losses when I stick to just beef and eggs, but as long as I keep it clean and simple, it usually works for me.

Casey, I will tell you that you should try to stay away from the almonds/nuts especially if your weight loss is already a bit slow. They can definitely stall some people and they aren't really allowed in induction.

I just made a low carb pizza and all I can say is yum!!! With recipes like this I will have my Beyonce bod in no time! I used Linda's low carb deep dish pizza recipe. It definitely wasn't a deep dish, but it's good.

Thanks for the tip. I only have 15 total to lose, I haven't had any nuts or atkins product, I think i'm going to have to be the one that counts calories too...
