I'm plateauing but i'm NOT giving up. I'm having a rough time actually losing the lbs. I'll weigh in tomorrow, but as of my last weigh in was 12/18 and i was down 16.2lbs total at 204. I started at 220 as of 11/1/2013. I am really hoping i'll be at LEAST 199 tomorrow.
Any suggestions to things with sugar in them? I mean, I haven't found a salad dressing without it.

Mandy, you lost over 16 pounds in 6 weeks if I'm reading your post correctly. That's not plateauing, that's great! And you haven't weighed since then, so how do you know you're plateauing? Or am I not reading your post correctly?
16 pounds in 6 weeks really is great and you should be proud of that! After the initial weight loss, it does slow down. Your body needs time to adjust and level out before dropping any more weight. So it will slow down, but as long as you're consistent, you will keep losing.
If you're worried about hidden sugars, you can post a menu for us to check out. As for salad dressings, you can make your own, or just pick something like a full fat blue cheese. There is a small amount of sugar in it, but as long as you're not eating crazy amounts of it, you should be ok.

Marie's Blue Cheese dressing has 0g sugar and is REALLY yummy!
Also, your weight loss is really impressive! I'd say you're doing better than average
