Off track since Thanksgiving

I have been way off track since Thanksgiving. I decided to get back on today. I had 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast, and I have a pork roast and saur craut in the crock pot for dinner. I dont have anything in my fridge, not much to munch on, and I am hungry. I am fighting with myself right now. It is crazy how addicting carbs are. It really is a total addiction.

It IS hard! And they ARE ridiculously addicting. A lot of people say that carbs are like or even worse than drugs.
Get to the grocery store if you can, stock up on LC basics, and keep coming here for support. If you feel the urge to cheat, type a post instead. Lots of people here have been or are where you are right now, and are really supportive here.
Here is helpful induction foods list, it helps me to print out a list like this and keep it visible, even though I have been doing this a while and I "know" all of them, just keeping it around helps.
Bing off track for a few weeks is way better than a few months or years, good for you for restarting
You can do it!

Good for you for getting back on the wagon! Stock up on the LC foods you can eat soon so you have some options and don't cave.

I also had that problem the past few weeks.... just got off track..

sometimes I think is would be easier to be a drinker, druggie or smoker and stopping those things... because you would never have to do those things again.... but you have to eat....

I went to the grocery today, and just knowing I have LC choices in the kitchen helps so much. If I get a bad case of the munchies..taco salad here I come.
