Back in Induction Agaiiin!




Yesterday was my first day back on Induction, after a year of maintaining and a vacation-week (including family I haven't seen in a decade, and THANKSGIVING) of gaining 15 lbs.

Yesterday, weighed in at 209.

Bulletproof coffee for breakfast (and a good swallow of my son's breakfast egg nog, since it was too much for him) (LC egg nog -- made with cream, egg, vanilla, nutmeg, and just a touch of pure stevia). Lunch and dinner were both Tijuanna Flats salads, which was not what I would have PREFERRED to do, but was unavoidable.

Today, down to 208.1.

Breakfast is the same -- my precious bullet-proof coffee and the tail-end of my son's egg nog. I picked up some turnip-greens last night, which I intend to cook up in pork-fat. (Cook up slices of pork-fat, and then --without draining the pan -- toss the greens in to cook up. Sprinkle the cooked pieces on top.)

I haven't found anywhere else to track this, and am not sure how accurate my scale is, but Body fat:
10/26/2012: 39.0% 10/27/2012: 39.2%
10/28/2012: 39.3% 10/30/2012: 38.5%
10/31/2012: 38.6% 11/02/2012: 36.5%
11/03/2012: 39.1% 11/04/2012: 39.3%
11/05/2012: 39.3% 11/07/2012: 38.5%
11/10/2012: 38.9%

Back down to 205. And I STILL didn't get to do my fried pork-fat! (Tried to, yesterday, but then discovered it was still in the freezer!) And due to a family emergency, had to eat McDonald's for dinner last night.

Tonight is the company holiday party for dinner, and I've no idea if they'll have anything LC-friendly. Guess I'll be eating a couple of the nasty fat-bombs before I go. (The "nasty" part refers to a SPECIFIC batch I made that I don't like... and I haven't made any since. I need to either EAT them, or melt them down and start over... but I keep not doing either.)
