December Challenge!!

Good morning everyone! Finally back. Got home with John yesterday afternoon. I finally got a bit of sleep after 1 1/2 days without but not nearly enough. I couldn't get ahold of the gal I work with so here I am at work and oh so sleepy.

I know I'll never be able to catch up on all that I missed so Congratz to those that last and stick with it to those that didn't ....

I didn't make goal for November I got down to 189 and then for some reason went back to 194. I'm to 193.4 but not good enough. I weigh more than I started November with I think. This months goal 187.4 and to stay there this time.

Ok so John and I are on totally different paths with what we need to do with our weight. He needs to bulk up and get some weight back and I have a ton to lose yet. Gonna have to figure out how to cook again. It's been a minute since I had to cook for both a regular carb and a low carb diet at the same time. Any advice here would be great. I did look at my menu plan for the next 2 weeks (yes I'm a wierdo I have a what's for dinner list on my kindle and a grocery list to make it all) and a lot of the food choices I can do both with fairly easily. It's gonna take some getting used to. At least he's not so picky about food I cook and will eat veggies!!!! YAY!

Laura: Thanks for starting the thread.

Wow!!! After finishing last month strong. Starting the month off with a 1.4 pound gain for no reason. I ran 6 miles yesterday and was negative 3200 in calories yesterday. Should be a pound down not up 1.4. Was going to take the day off from working out seeing as I have gone 13 days in a row without a break from working out. But the body seems to not want to lose any weight. So that is now a 4 day stall officially. So off to the gym. Going to beat this body into submission today. Then do a big run in the am to see if we cant get that scale to moving!!!!!!! I may need to adjust my calorie deficiency to 4000 a day instead of 3200. 3200 does not seem to be doing me any good. Sorry starting the month off on a sour note. Glad it is the start of the month and not the end.

Dec. 01…240.2(starting the month up 1.4 pounds awesome!!!!)
