I just got home and went straight to doing christmas lights ahead of the storm. So I am here. I read though the post. Will catch the highlights.

Tiggy glad to see you here also. Glad everyone is doing well. and staying on plan. I am usually a lot more chatty as you guys well know. So will try to catch up after a while.

I will say that I broke the 30 pound barrier today by a pound. I am feeling great and so happy the weight is falling off again. I know in I may not see a loss in the morning, but that is ok. A whole bunch of things are fitting better and I am up a notch on the belt. So the scale is slow but I can see myself as a bit thinner now. I promise to catch up in an hour or so.

The storm is coming in after lunch. So will do my 3 mile run in the early morning. Making it 17 days in a row of working out. I hate pressing like this but really want to see that 225 by Cayman in 26 days. That would be 11 pounds in the next 26 days, a tall ordered for sure. I do not see myself losing any more weight after I get back from Cayman before the marathon. So I will press hard till then. Glad to have caught up. Thanks for all the support.

Storm is headed our way early tomorrow morning. They haven't called off school yet but i am Not sending my kids to school just to have them come back home a few hrs later when it's slick! We're supposed to get freezing and sleet, around 1-2 inches! Then snow on top of that

Big storm came up from the States today (thanks!!). Windy as hell and zero visibility on the highways. I would take this foot of snow over ice any day. Good luck and I hope it's not toooo bad!

FINALLY

Whoo-hoo..... finally hit the 30 lb loss. Well, I can't really say that was a hard road but it sure seems liked a long one at 11.5 weeks in. So I guess I'm about 35% of my total loss is gone. You'd think being a 1/3 of the way to goal would be more noticeable but other than my face and pants being down 2 sizes, I really don't see it yet. I know the next 30 lb loss will really make a difference so I'm looking forward to that.

MY MIRROR!! LOL. The tape measure too! My belly is the issue. The hips seems to be moving the most?? I no longer have a "beach ball" in the way anymore, more like a volley ball but I'm not a patient person so that's part of my problem. Thanks though. Nice of you to say so.

Bonny-Jean: Awesome job. Proud of you for dropping 30 pounds. Very proud of you!!!

Just ran in 72 degree humid weather this morning. It was hot and sweaty for this time of year. The storm should hit my work are around 12 today and drop us into the high 50s. Oh boy cold weather finally back!!! Ran 3 miles this morning. Drop a little so happy overall. Going to change my goal to 225 this month, seeing as I am only 7 pounds away form goal now and it is only the 5th. Going to the gym tonight to work out and again in the early morning. The stats:

Dec. 01…240.2(starting the month up 1.4 pounds awesome!!!!)

Everybody -

So had a very busy day yesterday. I don't think I sat down once. I wanted to get back on and read some post, but never got the chance. Had girls night out last night too. I did well considering all the food my friend made was not LC.....I thought I would be safe and try the salad, but after a bite I know the dressing was not what I should be eating. I took a tbsp. of 2 dips no chips and had to through 1 of them out. It was coleslaw with tons of sugar in it. I did break down and have 7 Costco meatballs because that was the only thing close to being edible. I took off as much of the sauce as I could to minimize damage. After all that I decided to called it a night and only drinking water. Was hoping I could eat something, but not. I was hungry at 2 am when I got home so I ate some turkey w/mayo My body is a bit out of whack today. Have a headache, TOM and 4 hours sleep. I was even having hot flashes this am. I hate hormones I will try to keep the carbs lower today and have tea.

Hi Everyone!
Great reading everyone’s stories and I would love to join up on here. Really needing some support.
Was hoping to be 140lb by Jan 6th (MEXICO!!) but being as I only managed a 3lb drop in Nov and still sitting at 150.5 I doubt I will make it.. Maybe I can hope for 145?!?

I lose really well during the week but my hubby doesn’t support this WOE so I tend to go a little off the rails on the weekend.
I always gain back 2-3lbs over the weekend and instead of losing the weight I need to, I just work the week trying to lose the weight I gained on the weekend which of course results in VERY slow weight loss.
We are also MAJOR wine drinkers (It doesn’t help I work for a winery and have it at my disposal at all times.. A blessing and a curse ) Last week was a little ridiculous on the wine aspect, seems we had a glass every night which even tho I stuck pretty close to under 20carbs most nights it totally slows my loss and causes me to gain a lot of water weight as well. Haven’t had any this week but with 2!!!! Christmas Parties this weekend I know that’s going to change.. Feeling focused, so I think I can stay away from the non-approved foods (I say that now, wait until I get a little wine in me and decide I am “Queen of the Carbs”)
So wish me luck!! I really need a good drop here soon.

Also saw someone said they ran in 72degree weather..
it's -32c (-23.8F) here today.. The city has been shut down for 2 days from the 14cm (5.5inchs) of snow which caused drifts higher than most peoples cars.. BOOOOoooo..

Welp it's hit. Our back deck is already Covered in sleet. Ugh do Not like ice! Hubs is supposed to work Fri, Sat and sunday but i'm betting he won't be able to get into work tomorrow. I'm Praying he can sat and sunday. No work No pay!

Thanks everyone!!! ((((hugs back to you all)))) I'm sure I will need to vent here from time to time and I appreciate you all!

So today is back to day 1 for me. I took about a solid 10 days off plan, and I'm sure I gained some of my loss back, but it's a new start and that's all that matters.

B: coffee with cream - am going to start drinking half-calf and then give this up
S: chicken with mayo
L: salad with grilled chicken on top
D: eggs and sausage

Kemp - Congrats on 30 pounds! And OMG, the puppy cuteness is to die for. Love!!! And want them all!!
