Thanks Alex! I definitely feel better! 100 pounds ago, I never would have made it through that yoga class! It's nice to just not feel so out of control of my body any more.

Mothergoose: That is incredible. You are the WOMAN!!! You look great, you feel great, you deserve to shop till you drop.

Skinny: You are doing awesome yourself. I can see my abs if I close my eyes tight and have a dream about having abs!!! Those smoothies look delicious will have to try one on my next cheat day.

DQ: Sounds like a great plan with the dog. As long as they are not hurting they will be ok. And yes that surgery is expensive. Lots of treats and a great life is an awesome thing.

Did my first 3 mile run outside today off the soft confines of the treadmill. My gym has an outdoor 3/4 mile track that is carpeted but a little firmer. It seemed ok. Going to run 4-5 miles on Saturday morning. Will really know then if the 1/2 marathon is a reality or not. Either way I feel awesome. I have a ton of energy, sleeping better, and sooner or later my clothes will start getting lose. Hope the scale agrees with me in the morning.

Mothergoose: I am just so proud of you for staying the course and losing that much weight. That is just so inspiring to me and I hope you keep hanging with us well after you have lost it all and keep us motivated. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Sicca, the scenery was about a billion times better than the tv on the tread mill. I did not even want to stop running. And it was only 65 degrees, which is cold for these parts in the middle of the day.

Thanks again everyone! Kemp, I'm not going anywhere, I still have quite a ways to go, but I know it will only get slower, so I will definitely continue to need all the support and inspiration here!

I told myself that when I got under 200 I would start exercising....... I guess that means I'm going to have to start taking motivation from Kemp's posts and get my butt moving! LOL. I have a LOT of toning to be done!

Hi everyone. This is my first post, but I have been drawing inspiration for you guys for the last couple of months Let me start off by saying all of you are doing an amazing job with weight loss. I figure it is about time for me to jump in, and hold myself accountable to a group to help myself stick to plan! This month I started weighing myself daily. I will share those numbers below. I still can't help but miss sweets on a daily basis though. Halloween was ridiculously tough to make it through without candy! The temptation was killing me. I survived, thankfully.

My goal for November 30 is to reach 217.

Current November Progress:
11/1 227.4
11/2 227.2
11/3 226.6
11/4 226.6
11/5 225.6
11/6 225.2
11/7 224.8

I've been trying to catch up on all the posts, and it sounds like everyone is off to a great start for the holiday season! Since I can't get away from our shop at Thanksgiving to go back and see the kids, we had an early Thanksgiving dinner while I was there and I made a full Turkey dinner with all the fixings! I had only the turkey, and didn't even sample anything else, but the family all loved it, so I guess it came out ok!

I DID IT! I not only passed the 100 pound mark, but I also hit Onederland!! It took 8 1/2 months, and not a single cheat, but I did it! I still have 49 pounds to go, but my BMI has gone from 53 to 35! Anyway, I'm excited, and I haven't set a goal for this month, but I'll be happy if I can stay in the 190's and not go back up.

I put up a picture I took this morning at 100 pounds less than my first picture.
Congrats I am so happy and trilled and proud of you...you look beautiful..I love love your top...something I would wear for sure. You inspire us every day, who amazing
We missed you and happy that you are back with us.

Avaleigh: Welcome to the group. Glad you are here. Let us know how we can help you in anyway. Lots of support here with a ton of knowledge on low carb dieting. Looks like you are moving in the right direction and way to not break on Halloween. That is no easy task. Again welcome, we look forward to getting to know you better.

Shelly: Well you are down so that is good. Keep up the focus it will fall off.

Trini: It was a freezing cold 47 degrees this morning!!! LOL sorry your fields are wet, may they dry and be fruitful for you ASAP.

Dropped into a decade today so really happy about that. Today is a single work out day, working two different muscle sets, so should be a low calorie burn of around 600 or so. After my run yesterday have to give the old running legs a break. Big run tomorrow morning before heading to Aggieland. I reached my goal of 249 for my have a few beers threshold. But still do not know if I want to do that. As much as I work out do not think it will affect me that much. 17.4 pounds in 17 days maybe I deserve a cold beer.

NOVEMBER GOAL…. 240

Nov. 01…255
Nov. 02…254
Nov. 03…DNW
Nov. 04…251.8
Nov. 05…251.2
Nov. 06…251.2
Nov. 07…250.4
Nov. 08…249.6

Welcome Avaleigh! Glad you decided to join us! I wouldn't have lasted this long if it hadn't been for this group.

Trinigirl, I hope you can enjoy your weekend and get some down time in.

PassionateFire, I love the noodle-like feeling in my muscles after a hardcore workout. I feel like I've accomplished something. Glad you didn't do a face plant!

Shelly, I know what you're saying! I've been doing good all week and I'm stuck at 192.6. I'm not eating a lot of carbs to begin with so there isn't anything to change. We just have to wait it out. I hate it though.

I admit that I was cursing like a sailor when I got on the scale this morning. October was such a good month for losses. I think my new goal is to just get in the 180s this month. I'm sick of seeing the 9. The low carb hamburger buns came in but I think I'll give one pack to my uncle and keep one in the freezer for emergencies. No way I'm going to do any experimenting with new foods now. I think the Quest bar messed me up on Monday too so I won't be having those unless I'm stranded on a deserted island and I ate the last chicken.

He came home yesterday from work and said he popped off a button on his pants. Ok I have to admit I chuckled a bit. He said it's time to start Atkins with me and handed me the pants. Love that man, he's very funny.....Hope he can keep up. Nothing like a little competition right

Welcome Ava!

So my husband who does not need to lose weight has been eating with me because ya know I am the cook. Well, I was bragging last night that I was happy that I finally weighed less than he did. So he got on the scale and is weighing 174.6 down from 188. Not good for him. I will have to "unfortunately" start cooking him some higher carbs meals.

11/1 180.4 1st scale move
11/2 184 Final scale move
11/3 183
11/4 184.4
11/5 180.2
11/6 180.8
11/7 181.8
11/8 180.8 gotta love the .8's

Bulldog: Bars and shakes even from atkins stall me big time. It is not easy but I stay 100 percent all natural. Right up until that Michelob ultra Saturday morning at the tailgate.

Passionatefire: Amen, so the game is at 2:30 so starting tailgating at 9 am. about 1:45 hours away. Will have a roaddie on the way up and a couple while there. They have nothing in the stadium that I trust so will bring some beef jerky,

And back up again. I'm stumped. Only thing left to do is give up caffeine ... I supposed those 3 or 4 cups a day do have an impact. Going to drink less coffee and switch decaf this week and see how that goes. This is something I really didn't want to give up. Oh well ...

On the positive note, my bloodsugar numbers still amazes me. My first thing in the morning readings have been right around the 100 mark. Very grateful for that and that will keep me going on this WOE.

Good job everybody else! Keep it up ... or down ... you're the best kind of losers!
