WHOOSH

OMG, I think I had my first whoosh (hmm, how come that sounded dirty???)
Anyway, have you ever felt "SKINNY" every once in a while. I'm far from that but yesterday I was feeling slim, as it were. Got up this morning and that damn scale called me so I stepped on it and wow, 2 lbs less than Sunday. What??

KEMP: You are on fire, dude. \m/ (ha-ha, better horns)

BulldogMom: Hey lady, nothing wrong with -6!! Sorry 'bout your DH's Mom.

princessmommy: You're just a "Shell" of the person you used to be.

Trinigirl: Hey, you gave me a "Smilie"... he-he, right back at ya.

Nice Whoosh Bonny!!

Kemp! I didn't make goal, but I'm concerned about maintaining for the next couple of days also.

Luck to all following whatever YOUR plan is for the next few days.

just stopping in for a breather - I think I may missed congrats to some this morning in my rush. I cook TG all day today in tin pans and then just put everything in the oven for reheat in the morning. So busy, busy, busy... Still have a lot more cooking to do but I have made cheese crisps, cheese bowl, broccoli casserole, smashed cauli, fried rice cauli, sausage stuffing so far, still have revolution or oopsie rolls, stuffed mushrooms, deviled eggs, crustless pumpkin pie, jello fluff, whipped cream, veggie tray, hm dip, and my DH has told me I will make mashed potatoes so that too. Busy, busy, busy...

So for anyone I forgot that had the whoosh or drop Congrats!

Congrats skinny, bulldog,Trini, pinky, melmis, Bonny !!!

DQ - oh I hate when the power goes out.

Back to cooking... Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! I will try to post first thing in the morning before I start the final round of reheating and company.

Kemp, I think that's awesome! You are seriously inspiring me to maybe possibly thinking about starting to run...... Seriously. My sister just asked me to do the Disneyland Princess Marathon with her in February of 2015, and I know I want to the Vegas Marathon with my daughter next November, so I need to get started!

Mothergoose: Come on and join me. People say that working out does not speed up weight loss. I would have to say maybe it does. I mean would I be down 27.2 pounds in 35 days if I had just sat at home on the couch??? Maybe maybe not. One thing is for sure I will never know!!! LOL Either way I do feel great after a run. Have a happy thanksgiving!!

Bonny-Jean:
Well you can celebrate through all of us Southerners,

Just went to the store and it was packed. Picked up a two pound steak to grill. Will eat maybe 8 ounces of it. But it will be good. May even splurge tonight and sautee up a little spinach in butter and garlic as a treat for breaking into the 230's. I so hope I do not see that dang four on the scale in the morning.

Congratulations on the losses, the wooshes, and the goals being attained! So lovely to come in and see wonderful things going on!

As for me, I have some left nostril air flow action going on today, big strides...big strides! Maybe tomorrow-both!

I did exercise yesterday and had to mouth breath the entire time...Apparently it sounded awkward, and DH did tease me relentlessly for sounding like a perverted stalker of some sort....

Good for you. Have you ever tried a rowing machine. Those are killers. My nostils feel like they're on fire only 10 mins in. That's quite a machine and if you want to work out every major muscle group ALL AT ONCE, that's the machine to do it on. I just, I can't do that anymore. Kemp could probably beat it, but it's too much for me. Keep up the good work!!!

Hey kemp, now you are in the 230's - go post another photo of you in your faces profile so you have a log of the changes. That's 40lbs down from the pic you have there.

Missy: Will take one soon and post it.

Ava: Thanks for the support. I am going to keep trying to be a beast in the gym.

My Thanksgiving plans do not include a "plan alteration" of any kind for tomorrow. I may have a Whiskey and water on Friday. That is zero carb, would just need to burn off the alcohol. I have a 6 mile run Saturday morning and that would get it done. Is that right about Whiskey??? I would rather have beer, but do not want the added carbs

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope the whoosh fairy continues her visits to everyone! Well I had a somewhat unplanned cheat yesterday and I did what I could to minimize the damage. The weather was nasty yesterday and with my husband not home, it meant all of the errands fell on me and the kids. We ended up having pizza for lunch. If I were at goal, the cheat meal wouldn't be a big deal and I'm telling myself that it shouldn't be a big deal now. Back on plan today though I still expect to see a gain tomorrow. My cheats have a way of making me pay for a few days afterwards.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!

Bulldog: No worries just get right back on. I bet the pizza was awesome!!! Get through today and then we will kick it hard starting on Friday.

Shelly: I have 8 more come and get 'em!!!! LOL

Well the streak ends at 10 days. 11 pounds over 10 days is a big win in my book. I have no cheat planned for today and a 3 mile run when I get back from Beaumont seeing the family. I was actually up .2 but honestly not worried. Purple on the stick and knew it was coming so all is well. It will keep me honest today because after I run tonight expect to see a little loss tomorrow hopefully. Time to get changed and get my short hour and ten minute drive home done. Here I come mom, make sure the deviled eggs are ready!!! The stats:

.....i guess since i have been gone so long i will just use my oct. starting weight, rather than try to find my last post....but i think i was about 152.....anyway, nov. is always a hated month for me, but i seem to have gotten over the worst of it now....was derailed by annual wine tasting at work in late oct. had 2 big dinner parties, a birthday one for the dh, and one where i cooked for old and new chef...so i have had about 6 days of off plan eating...and of course have been depressed about son moving to the uk....

anyway, now i have been sick for almost a week with stomach issues, so am finally gonna try and stop the s/f chocolate and peanuts....
