Just crawling along. My husband's plan was to be home today but the dr's say his mom could go at any time. So we aren't sure when he'll come home. We're a little sad but have plenty of time to spend together when he gets back.

Still cheat free for 8 straight days! I think that even though I am cheat free I am overdoing the cheat free stuff.

Can only make a quick post. I MADE GOAL!!!!! Weighed four times. Prolly go back up tomorrow but for today GOALLLLLL!!!!! I guess working out every day instead of killing my self 4 days a week is working out so far. Have 4 mile run tonight for half marathon training and then a 6 mile run on Saturday! That is a long run. Anyway the stats and happiness! Will check in from the job site later.

.....i guess since i have been gone so long i will just use my oct. starting weight, rather than try to find my last post....but i think i was about 152.....anyway, nov. is always a hated month for me, but i seem to have gotten over the worst of it now....was derailed by annual wine tasting at work in late oct. had 2 big dinner parties, a birthday one for the dh, and one where i cooked for old and new chef...so i have had about 6 days of off plan eating...and of course have been depressed about son moving to the uk....

anyway, now i have been sick for almost a week with stomach issues, so am finally gonna try and stop the s/f chocolate and peanuts....

man the weather here is miserable - sleet -- an the power was out all night - and it's still out on my street. I had to dress in the total dark!! haha

Well first few days of work in the books. No work until Monday Morning, Nice to start on Thanksgiving week. Having lost 11.2 pounds in the last 10 days is motivating for me not to cheat at all tomorrow. I will be surrounded by carbs, but the scale will not keep going down if I cheat. I am expecting a stall for a few days due to the latest quick losses. But maybe if I keep working out everyday it will keep falling off. Off to do a 4 mile run. It is finally sunny and cool, perfect running weather.

Everyone do what you got to do tomorrow. Stay on plan if that is the plan or eat a few treats, it is your plan do your best.
