That's very nice of you.

I don't think cutting back on coffee is gonna matter. I was down to one cup a day for several weeks and am only up one more for the last week or so so it could be the bologna, the cheese, the whipped cream on the jello... who knows. I'll just have to watch the whipped cream, I think. I just needed a Saturday night treat or maybe it was the big ff at Red Lobster
I've increased the amount of coffee that I drink and it hasn't affected my losses at all. For me its sandwich meats and the cheeses. I'm thinking the meats like bologna, sausage, pepperoni etc just have too much sodium and case me to retain water. I have bacon in the mornings that might do the same but I can't give that up. Too much cheese and I gain or stall but I think I'm just sensitive to dairy.

Yeah, BulldogMom, I thought I was taking a chance with the bologna and corned beef and did I say "sprinkled" with cheese??? I meant a couple of handfulls of cheese. My bad. Just trying to see if I could fool my mouth into thinking it was eating pizza. You're right, I'm pretty sure that killed my loss this week.
I hope your week is plentiful with losses. Thanks again.

Bulldog: If i could not eat bacon on this WOE, there would be no this WOE!!!! LOL Bacon is the only thing that keeps me going sometime. It is my chips, my breakfast, my snack, I use it to eat my yolks on over easy eggs etc. And yes those sandwich meats are high in sodium.

Shelly:Thanks, I am back on and ready to lose some weight. I hope the shake up of carb day followed by hard core VLC will shock the system and get me down to monthly goal. Going to be tough. We only have 13 days left in the month and I had 7 pounds to go before I left for the trip. Now I have the couple pounds I am sure I put on this weekend. But I am going to bust my hump to make goal!!! Thanks for the support.

pcaltman, I bet once TOM leaves, you'll be dropping weight again. You just gotta love hormones!

mycattaz, Congrats to your dh for making it to the 250s! You're doing so well also that you know that scale is going to be moving soon.

Bonny-Jean, I can't wait to celebrate with you when you get to onederland! You're almost there!

Shelly, Yay! So glad you got a whoosh!

Julie, Hang in there! It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I think with the changes you mentioned, you should get your whoosh soon.

Trinigirl, Congratulations on hitting this month's goal! So happy for you! So far the computer is hanging on. Fingers crossed!

pinkcadillac, I think about you and hope things are going well.

mjgh06, I know its frustrating when others seem to lose effortlessly. But you are doing extremely well! KUTGW!

Kemp, you didn't let anyone down! This is a part of life and we can't be perfect 100% of the time. Shake off any guilt and get back on plan. You're doing so well that I know you're going to be just fine.

Laura, you're doing great! That scale is going to bounce down into the 180s real soon!

melmis, Nice drop! KUTGW!

skinnyb212, You are amazing! You'll lose those 3lbs in no time!

Thanks for the support everybody! This is a great group and I know I wouldn't have lasted as long without you all!

I'm a cheese lover too. I envy the people that can eat unlimited amounts. Hopefully you can still get a good loss for the week. Once you get the extra sodium out of your system, I'll bet you see a good loss.

LOL Definitely couldn't pry bacon out of my hands now. But I do wonder what my losses would be like if I didn't eat it?

Bacon and my LC Gravy are mainstays and just couldn't live without them! I think as long as I am buying the no sodium added bacon, it is great.

At least it doesn't have any unknown fillers like a lot of 'meats' do. I looked at ground sausage and kielbasa the other day and noticed it had carbs. My first thought was okay meat does not have carbs, so what's in it? I make my own ground sausage now and working on a recipe for the kielbasa. I guess this is why my DH thinks I've turned quack.

Shelly: Something is up. But overall you have been at the same weight for a long time, or within a couple of pounds. I to get to that lower numb is just going to take time. So motivating to see you never give up. I wish I had a magic thing to say other than it will happen just keep at it. But dang girl you look great!!!!!

Ava: Stick with it it will come down. I promise.

The damage is done. 4lbs up this weekend. I am sure it is water weight and will come off soon. My legs feel a ton better so I am going to try and run 3-4 miles today. Plus a hard weight workout. Just a small 800-1000 calorie burn. Hope the body is ready after 4 days of rest. I will be stretching for and extra 20 minutes today to make sure I am ready. Here are the stats:

Bonny-Jean, you're so nice! Thanks for the compliment!

Shelly, I think at this point you know the weight fluctuations aren't from something you are doing. I hope your body gets it's act together and starts cooperating!

mjgh06, I wish we could make our own sausages. I used to laugh at my friend who would spend 20 minutes reading labels on salad dressings. Now I get it. There's too many unknown things put in foods now. I'm contemplating making my own dog food since the pups have bad allergies.

Kemp, its water weight. Killing it at the gym will flush that water out of your system. As for gravy, I just pour in a little hwc with any meat drippings and then add a little salt. Its not a thick gravy, but its a gravy that I thought I'd never have again. So good!

SkinnyB212, I love the quotes you are posting! I'm a visual person so these help keep me motivated. Thank you!

Avaleigh, you're doing great! I bet cutting the cream cheese out will definitely help you out.

pcaltman, sorry about the pain you're in. Its so easy to give in to temptations when you aren't feeling the greatest but you are doing a great job! Sending prayers your way in hopes that you feel better again soon.

I feel the same way sometimes Shelly. You started a new med right? Maybe that is the culprit. My meds wreak havoc on my weight loss. That is why I have to keep changing up from under 10netcarbs to strict 72 Induction with no carbs.

Pcalt, so sorry about the pain. I semi understand I have scoliosis and lordosis of the spine so always in some pain.

Kemp, Don't fret, the weight will come right off. Here's my recipe for the LC Gravy. It is not a thick gravy but very good! I use it for just about everything including as a salad dressing.
5.9fat/1.21protein/.04carb/59cals per serving which is 2tbs.
1lb ground sausage, ground beef, or 1lb bacon (I usually use bacon or ground beef)
2cups chicken broth
1cup whipping cream
2 tsp season salt

fry meat in med fry pan. Leave in grease when done.
Add in remaining ingredients and reduce to simmer for 5 mins.
Serving size is 2 tablespoons

11/1 180.4 1st scale move with McD's burgers
11/2 184 Final scale move with McD's burgers
11/3 183
11/4 184.4
11/5 180.2
11/6 180.8 Butternut Squash
11/7 181.8
11/8 180.8
11/9 180.8

Missydee: Going shopping tonight and will get what I need and make it. I am a little scared of HWC, so may wait until the end of the week when I get back down to before weekend weight. Thanks so much.

HWC is the only dairy that doesn't affect my losses. I use it in my coffee 2x a day in small amounts. I think it'll open a whole new world for you. But I don't blame you for being nervous about trying it. When I'm on a roll with losses, I'm hesitant to try anything new too.

Thanks Bulldog. Will keep you posted. I just want to get these few water pounds off and start losing again before making any major changes. I did my run today, legs still pretty tight. Hope I can get it done. I did not do weights will do that tomorrow. Trying not to over train. Anyway did a good 630 calorie burn, not much, but should get me closer to back in ketosis. Will check back in later.

MissyDee I Restarted my thyroid meds. I was off them for a little over a week due to not being able to get in to see my Dr and Their refusal to call in a presp for me! I really think my thyroid levels are off again. I have Soo many symptoms of Hypothyroid again so I need to get in and get my levels rechecked.
I gotta sick girl home today. Had to go get her from school. Bad headache and sinus junk so she's doctored up and in bed
