Induction is working, read!

Ok, so I am eating to full. I have decided 1 year and I'll see if this is going to work for me or not. I am a pretty big eater some days but I have stayed put on low carb list foods all the way and not strayed from the cap on hard cheese averaging my net carbs from 20-25 max.
Today I tried on these same pants size I couldn't get over my hips. Well, well, well... These damn pants fit!!!! I mean my clothes I am swimming in them lol but with no scale have to judge other ways!
I bought 3 pairs in different colors!
This diet works and I can tell you this, if you work the diet and put away the negativity with the scale chances are you will be rewarded because for me overdoing it with scale weighing details many of us.
