Urinalysis has high specific gravity and protein levels

Not sure if I have a bigger issue or maybe I'm just eating too much protein and not drinking enough water. Any ideas? Any feedback would be good as it's a bit worrysome. I probably should've just bought the Keto stix and not the full blown test strips, so I wouldn't have TMI. Thx

probably dehydration. I think protein in the urine is a sign of kidney problems. Probably best to get it checked out! best of luck *hug*
