My weight loss approach,promise to myself.

I'm on Atkins Induction as many of you know.
A few things I am looking forward to doing as a challenge...

I am a Travel Nurse. I leave Vegas Dec. 27th and arrive back in FL late on that date so Dec. 28th I weigh in on my home bathroom scale where I started with so we are talking 13 weeks plus 4 days that I would be in Vegas.
All I know is that I didn't need an extender belt in the First Class/Business section on American Airlines.
Returning back on SW Airlines. Hopefully will not need an extender belt so if that's so I know I lost weight on Atkins lol.

I am giving this a year. I am going full throttle, let the whole year decide it for me. I love Induction. Hungry? Eat. Never be hungry diet.

I will let you know all along the way about my progress. I feel great, my blood sugar is normal in the evening, much, much more improved in the morning with Metabolic syndrome.

Just curious if anyone else sees improvements along the way and giving themselves a long approach to see if this is the answer to their obesity woes.
I have tried so many times to succeed with weight loss. I am promising myself a manageable cure to this problem. Just know my mindset is no hunger, slim body.
