There are many gyms packed with tons of people on the endless cycle of working out to lose weight, with no success! Yes exercise helps increase metabolism and may encourage you to make wiser food choices, but you cannot fool your stomach. What matters most is what you eat. From experience, I can tell you I lost more weight when I had the willpower to do a Raw Diet for 2 weeks with no exercise, than when I did p90x and jogged every day then ate to reward myself for all my exercise I was doing! Now I focus on my diet & just jog a couple times a week and the weight is coming off

Low carb Smoothie challenge
So far so good. Average about 1 lb loss per day. I only weigh every couple days or so. I was just so tired of meats, eggs & bacon. I will resume Atkins next month. My goal is to lose 15 this month (will be happy with 170-174)

Thanks for posting that. I like seeing before and after pics. I'm one of those people that have to eat right and exercise for results. Once it gets cooler, I'll be taking my workouts to the playground with my kids. There's a bunch of toning exercises you can do on the playground equipment.
