morinng everyone! yes TRINI you look terrific!!!!!

i didn't weigh cause i'm till bloated/feet swollen from all the plane trips. I also ate more than usual yesterday too. But feeling great and -- the botox etc is really making a huge difference in my face!
November looks like another busy month - i have two days off the whole month! boo hoo!

Yeah OCT 31st and we have all lost some weight! Hope to see everyone in November.

My end weight was a little up from previously - don't know why.

FINAL WEIGH IN FOR OCTOBER = 178.2

Total loss for the month = 21.8 lbs

Well so much for hunting. We have gotten so much rain last two days the deer camp is not assessable, the bridge over the creek is flooded beyond driving over and the creek will be rising for the next few days. Oh well now I can just relax and workout all weekend and lose a couple extra pounds.

I think that is my problem, the scale hasn't moved since I lost my Mexico weight in May but I've had to buy new jeans twice since then. Hoping that alternating weeks between heavy lifting and kettlebells (and getting my own 16kg kettlebell to swing at home on off days) I will start to see more progress above the belt (and eventually on the scale).

What does your weight routine look like Kemp? We just started last week so most of our time was spent finding our max weights and learning proper form but I think I'm going to love it

Passionatefire: I also just started weights this week. I am doing an online 12 week program that works certain muscle groups each day. The standard biceps-back, then tries and chest etc. Today was legs tomorrow is shoulders and abs. starting at 3 sets of 12 the first two weeks basically the same then you start super sets etc. Private message me and I can tell you exactly. This web site has flagged me for mentioning thing by name and I do not want to get kicked off. I also do cardio even thought she specifically said not to do it. I usually go to the gym with a calorie number to burn in mind and I just can't get that with weights only.

Mjgh06: Great job this month. 21.8 pounds is an impressive number for sure. Way to go that is very motivating!!!!

Just got back from the gym. Light day today only weights and some ab work. 450 calories burned. Feels good though. Tomorrow will be a big day going to shoot for a 1000-1200 calorie burn in 2 hours!!! Have to hit the tread mill pretty hard tomorrow so that will burn up quite a few. Anyway look forward to the November challenge.

I just opened the first bags of Halloween candy and the smell of chocolate nearly knocked my off my feet. I had to leave the room!!!!! LOL then my dear wife opened up a bag of skittles and I could smell that from the other room. I am staying strong!!!

I so need a thickener that I don't find repulsive. So it's a bit of cornstarch in the fresh strawberry pies. I made the Beef and Broccoli tonight using xanthan gum and not my favorite. Gonna take the rest to work for the lil gal I work with to sample and she if she notices a difference. I am a bit weird so it might just be me.

Kudos to you for your restraint.
I however, had to succumb to the Tootsie Rolls in my 2 and 4 year old trick or treat baskets. So I had 1...then 2...then finally stopped at 6.

Thank goodness they were the minis...just 2g carbs each...so that's 12g total.
I am not worried, as I do not think that's enough to kick me out of ketosis.

Tomorrow is a new day and new month. My November goal is 160! (Just 10 lbs)
Ironically, I just stepped on the scale expecting to be over 170 & to my amazement I 169! Maybe it was allmthatvwalking around from trick or treating!!!

Well, I came close but didn't make my goal of 78kg

I haven't weighed myself the last few days as had an epic fail that began with Terriyaki at the mall (rice and double sauce), continued with Swiss Chalet fries smothered in dipping sauce and even ketchup!!! I even had a slice of nanimo bar...

But, I did just fit into the dress for the wedding.

And after all that crap, I had two bags of chips and finished it all off with sweet and sour chicken and fried singapore noodles...

And immediately went on the Atkins fat fast for the next three days.

Finishing October at 78.6kg.
