We have to make her stop eventually because she won't stop. She'll completely wear herself down chasing the fish because she loves it so much. I never knew pits could be such water dogs!
That's funny! Our English bulldog tried to be a water dog once until he realized he couldn't swim. LOL Now he doesn't even like his baths.

MtherGoos, BuldogMom, Shelly, Laura - You guys are doing Great!

mycattaz and Trini, it will come back down.

Kemp, Christina, AsmallerMe - Glad you are back.

yeagerdee - WTG! Good Whoosh.

Haven't heard from pinky, DQ, 1morgin, or Skinny in awhile, hope all is well (or maybe I missed their posts).

Okay, I have to post this - first, my mom took me shopping to GW today. And even though I have not lost any inches on my bootay or hips, I can now wear a size 14/16 comfortablly. No longer in 18's, and my shirt size is down from 1x to just a large. WOOHOO! Happy dance.

Second - I made fried cauliflower tonight and my family absolutely loved it and thought it was fried rice. Haha. It will become a staple in our house now. Love it.

Everyone have a wonderful rest of your week!

I am trying to get a carb count on ******, but my internet is acting stupiedso far it does not look like it was bad on carb at all.. all in all I think we are going to stay below the 20 carb count.... got 3 bowls of chili out of it... 1 for me 1 for my hubby and 1 for MIL... and that finished it off...

My body does that too its like it get stuck on a number... I will lose and then back up and gain and back down.... whats up with that

OK I know this subject was brought up the other day, but here it goes again... I have big calves.. they have shrunk some, but not going away quick enough.... do you think riding a bike is best for losing weigh in that area?

Finally got weighed at the gym tonight - down 1 lb to 195.6, I seem to be up 3 lbs from my morning weight so I guess that would put me at 192.6 for an AM weigh in. We did a power lifting class today and I was able to dead lift 190 lbs

PassionateFire way to go on 190 I dont' think I could lift that if I had to .

mjgh06 I've gotten down to a size 14 also... even some size 13, it's such a great feeling. On the "rice" have you tried fried rice yet? I have a great recipe for it if you like.

My cattaz I'm gonna have to add chili to the list for next week, you guys have my mouth watering for it now.

yeagerdee and here I was gonna offer you and Shelly some of my boobs, I have plenty to go around. What Trini was talking about is waypoints or setpoints. Your body has weights that are programed in to it. Weights that our bodys were at for a while, they get stuck there. Just keep working the plan and before you know it BAM! weight is gone and your back into the routine.

Shelly... here's the deal I give you some boobs you give me some booty! Fair trade.

MtherGoos you are so close! Onederland is gonna be all yours very very soon!

BulldogMom, I got my min-pin from a rescue. The lady came to check my house and do paperwork, I wasn't even ready for my lil boy yet. She brought a dog with her to introduce us to, not even the one she said she was bringing. She looked at my house watched me with Buddy and then left him! I didnt' even have the money to pay for him yet, she took a post dated check. So don't worry too much!!!!! P.S I am so glad she brought my min-pin on steroids instead of the normal sized lil girl min-pin. (I'm not much for female dogs) I just love the hell out of my Buddy boy.

AsmallerME back! Good to see ya.

Shelly: Best of luck with the doctor switch. I am just happy that no matter what I do you are always here in the challenge supporting and motivating. Those 2 pounds are nothing for you to conquer.

Laura: Glad you are still here. UHHH good luck with the reposition of fat from, well there to the back end of well, ok I am embarrassed so just good luck. LOL I was however blessed with incredible calves. When I hit the gym the muscle heads ask me how and I say God made me on special calf day. I do not have to do much they always seem like I only work out that part of my body even when I do not.

October goal: 264

Oct. 22…267
Oct. 23…266

Day 2 is here, only a life time to go. At least in the first week you lose a lot of water weight. It feels good.

Aww! Is that Buddy in your avatar? Dh isn't completely on board with this and will probably not be happy when he finds out how much this is going to cost us. But its our 10 yr anniversary on Friday and he wouldn't object to spending the money on a piece of exercise equipment. So he'll just have to look at this dog as my running partner. I want to start running outside but just don't have the confidence to do that yet.

Hey everyone, Happy Hump day.

To all who have Endo dr's, is this some sort of lucrative practice or something? The dr's office I go to for my daughter is very arrogant, like it's a privledge to see them. When I ask about other dr's in the area, they say "we are the only one who will see her since she is under 18". They don't like refilling prescriptions without seeing her as well. I always have to call and argue a bit. I need to look into a new Endo as well.

mycattaz - 25lbs in less than 2 months is awesome for you and your hubby. Yall are a great team.

10/2 - 167
10/3 - 168
10/4 - 167

Oh yeagerdee, I need that same surgery!!

WTG everyone on a great loss. My scale stayed the same today but that's okay. I ate out yesterday for dinner and never seem to lose when that happens. I'm hoping for a good result tomorrow though.

One of my favorite ways to start the day in the fall is with a cup of pumpkin spice coffee and real cream. So awesome!! Gotta love induction.

Half a pound down today. Getting there sooooo slowly........ Come on Onederland!

Laura, I started at a 46 DDD, so I feel your pain! LOL However I definitely DON'T need it put into my rear end. My fat is just all over. I don't carry it in any one place, it's just everywhere. Now that I'm losing it, you can definitely tell that my top half is thinning out quicker than my belly and behind. However my arms are still terrible looking. Tank tops will never be in my future!

Mycattaz, so glad your DH is showing his losses on the scale! That should motivate him to keep going! Which, in turn, makes it easier for you to stay on track.

Shelly, absolutely once you get back on your meds, it will come right back off. You would think if you were out, that the dr would try to get you in sooner!

Kemp, you're off to a great start! So glad you're back with us!!

BulldogMom, WTG on the drop!!! The 180's are headed your way!

GRAH. I guess i started eating something during the day- like some chicken salad from the korean lunch place. well, i've stopped and I'm just going to eat a small dinner. that should work, at least for five pounds!!

Lost 40 pounds back then and maintained for almost 8 years...then carb creep crept. I've always been low carb, but went hard core again in March 2012.
Hey! You don't have to drink all that water!

One of my favorite ways to start the day in the fall is with a cup of pumpkin spice coffee and real cream. So awesome!! Gotta love induction.
