**BREAKFAST IDEAS?? - TIRED OF EGGS !! **

Are you tired of eggs & bacon for breakfast?

Here are my alternatives:

*Salmon Stirfry with onions & mushroom & spinach
*Tuna salad on a bed of romaine
*Whey Protein smoothie with Water & 2 tsp heavy cream OR almond milk

Resist the urge to quit because you are bored of eating the same things!
Please post some of your breakfast ideas.

Linda Sue's website has lots of yummy recipes and I think a leftover slice of any of her crustless quiches is a great breakfast that you can reheat quickly in the microwave and eat on the fly, if you need to. Here's her link, in case you don't have it. And don't feel like you have to eat "breakfast foods" at breakfast time. Eat what you want to eat, regardless of the time of day.

I do too. It's mainly there to drill it into my own brain. Love yours, too. My sister doesn't own a scale. That must be rather liberating.
