This is a supportive blog and I have be fortunate to have others share tips and advice.
Some things I have tried worked, other things didn't.
Stress also stalls weight loss.
Relaxation, yoga & a positive attitude works wonders!

Skinny, since you mentioned yoga, I have to say that I took my first yoga class last week, and I was amazed at what an incredible work out it was! 10 minutes in and I was sweating my behind off! Loved it!
