If this were a diet, then I would say I cheated. But since this is now my WOL, then last night was more of a planned indulgence. My youngest daughter and I had the afternoon alone together and I decided to make it fun for her. A perfect ending to a bad week.

Well girls I'm suppose to stay a bed today, but I,very been already up when everyone was still asleep cleaned up the bathroom and kitchen, and started laundry. I'm just that restless type of girl..but here I am sipping some yummy coffee and having a visit with you all..I'm feel a lot better today, my lungs still hurt..but I'm hoping that I,m on my way to recovery..my appetite has kicked in last night so I,m eating again..bummer was hoping to have a bonus weight drop..

Bulldogmom, it wonderful to spend lone time with your daughter, sounds like you planned and it was great fun.one of the best things in life.

DQ you are back down..so happy for youhave a great day at work..it,s rainy here also.

I did something today that I didn't think I'd ever do. I held a baby alligator! He was a little more than 2 ft long. It did help that his mouth was taped up.

Wow Mthrgoos! You Brave!
Well I didn't do to hot at the Chinese place Never been there before and Honestly 90% of the food was breaded! I ended up with MoGo gi pan (spelled wrong i'm sure) some boiled shrimp and some kind of Unbreaded chicken in sauce. I So dread the scale the next few days! But I guess it could have been a Lot worse! Lots of Yummy looking desserts I stayed Far away from! Water, water and yes More water is on my menu!

thank you for all the prayers... the stroke was worst then expected... it cover 1/4 of his brain... and when he fell he hit his head and it cause it to bleed back into his brain... his throat and tongue are still swollen so they have him sedated, with a tube down his throat and on a ventilator... they will have to leave it in for a few days until the swelling goes down and we will not know the real damage until he come of sedation...its been a very rough couple of days..... me and dh both had no loses today.... still trying to stick with it despite having to be at hospital for long hours...packing chese, and turkey and poweraide to make it through... we all are so tired considering none of of slept last night.... again thank you for all your prayers...

I had no loss... one of these stuff moments... still staying on plan,, but not able to eat as much as I should...just doing what I can at the moment.... Dh had a 1 lb loss... he is happy again that is enough for me... I have learn over the years how weight can go up and down and no loses that is going to happen, it does not mean you are being bad... that is just your body it does what has to do.... so I just except it... but soon looking for my whoosh.. have a blessed day everyone

Trini - glad you're feeling better.

Shelly- don't worry - it's just water weight. It will go - you know the drill. I ate way too many macadamia nuts on Friday and 2 LC PB cups. Just generally too much. Extra water weight yesterday, but I was a very good girl and had a day of mostly fat and meat. Keeps me full and happy. Managed to limit myself to a half ounce of the nuts.

Trying to be strict today, too. So want to get back into onederland.

I'll be back later for more hellos...my daughter wants me to play dollies. Am I a horrible mom because I really suck at the floor play? I my DD but my dolly days are far behind me.

Ok I took off.. got tired of waiting to see him and now i't's gonna be a few more weeks cuz he has to take his Mom to Memphis before he comes. So anyway I took off and went there! I spent Friday with him. Took off after work and drove 8 hours, so no sleep. Then when I got there I was too excited to see him and couldn't sleep. Then left Saturday after check out time we went shopping for a lil bit then back on the road to look after my lil boys. Leaving was the hardest thing I've done in quite some time.

Helllo all,
I dodn't weigh today ..my country western band played at the fantastic bluemont Fair...what w fun time. And i'm on a plane ..right now...to orlando i. Order to cover a heart failure conference for two days...i'll be back onwednesday but i go straight to work, so no weighing intil thursday!!! Ack. I bought a salad in the airport and didn't realiE that it had corn, tomatoes and teensy tortilla chips in it... YUP, i picked the, all out!!! I'm a nut!!!

Mycattaz, so glad for the good report this morning! Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!

This weekend was the first full weekend my BF and I have taken off together since we opened our store 4 years ago. We went to Calif to go to the endurocross races with his daughter and SIL. It was a fun weekend and I stayed totally on plan and was rewarded with a 2 pound drop! Yay!

"movie datenight"...what could I eat?

I know popcorn and candy is out, but what is a nice crunchy snack to bring to the movies? I went with hubby this weekend to see the Robert Dinero "The Family" (highly recommend it). While he was chomping away on this popcorn and candy (he can eat whatever and is a svelt 185 at 6' !!), I was nibbling on 100 calorie nut snack packs (5g carbs) and sipping Red Bull Zero (O cal, O carbs).
Help, what else can I eat at the movies and still be on track?

Pink: Stay strong! Maybe go ultra low carb for a couple days to curb those cravings. Get some healthy fat in you.

Laura - so close to onederland!! Glad you got to see your man.

Lisa - yay - another pound! So glad you got a bit of good news about your FIL.

And mothrgoos - down 2!!! Good for you. So cool when you can stay on plan and still have lots of fun. So easy to use travel as a chance to cheat.

I'm doing okay. Busy weekend with kid stuff. Had 3 sleepover on Saturday to go to a cool Moon Festival in our neighborhood. Everyone makes lanterns and decorates along the creek. So pretty. And fireworks for the kiddos.

Then running around to birthday parties and such on Sunday.

Kept me too busy to think about food, so I ate light both days. No hunger. Feels great.

Good afternoon everybody! I've had a crazy busy weekend of no sleep and no exercise due to a blowout on my knee last week. Those things just make me so mad! But, I stayed on point with eating of course. My body did not like the lack of exercise however. I think I got about six hours of sleep over the whole Friday Saturday Sunday timeframe and that messes with me too. So, hopefully there will be a whoosh sometime soon! My big weekend is coming up – here's to hoping I won't be the same weight that I was when I started September. If so – I'm still in it for the long-haul, and i'll be already for October.
