WTG Alex.... sometimes our body just won't let go of it.... but when it does WHOOSH! I know through my journey I would lose good for 3weeks and then stall out and not lose a thing for weeks and then it would start again...it was like my body had to catch up to what I was doing... When I first started doing low carb that would always discourage me and I would quit..now I expect it so it does not discourage me so much.... I know as long as I am eating right the weight will come off.... we all go through plateau we just have to push thought them without it letting it drive us crazy

Up and down, up and down. We're more than halfway through the month and I've only managed to lose a total of 2.4 lbs. At the rate I'm going, it'll take me years to see my goal. My goal for the month is to still get to 192, but I'll take whatever number that is lower than what I started out with.

Down another pound this morning... 254 hubby weighed yesterday and the scales are finally moving back down for him.... I am so glad just so scared he is going to get discourage....

Hard to beleive i am 7 lbs away from my September goal... and only 13 more days to get to it.... sure hope I achieve it... Big trip planned in November with my Mom and Dad and son... we will be going to Gatlinburg for a few days... my Son who is Autistic and is almost 30 is going for the first time.. its going to make my trip just to see him get out and have some fun... we are taking him kinda for his birthday present....

anyway I would like to lose down to 227 by them.. if at all possible... hoping this helps out on my knees so that I can do alot of waking... Me and Dh have already talked about it and we are going to do all we can to stay on program while we are there.....

Yesterday 2500 Pedals on my exercise bike.. when ever this one tears up I am going to go ahead and get me one that counts... so I can find out how far I am going ...that will be 12500 Pedals done by the end of the week....

well all have a wonderful weigh in this morning and a awesome Tuesday... will be back later

Did my video last night pushed through it. My Hubby is home for 5 weeks of vacation!!! so he can help with the kids etc. (he works 4-12pm) So I put kids in bath and said off to do my exercise, get them out in a few. LOL. But if I don't do it when I have that minute of hey, get off your butt and work out, I won't do it. Day 6 level 1. Looked ahead for a sec to see what level 2 was like, and from what I read online most people don't like level 2 LOL. Hope I don't get discouraged. Still working out at curves everyday. (usually 4 days a week) and will remeasure after Day 10 level 1 because that's when I start level 2. Finally 10 degrees cooler tody (92-95) so maybe tonight it will cool off enough to walk the dog. I won't walk in the heat and I know they don't want to either. Now that hubby is home I can do this without the kids. 1 dog each night at least 1 lap = 1 mile.


B: canned chicken w/mayo
s: 1 string cheese - broke down and had coffee (my 2yrold is home with fever not much
sleep last night)
L: green salad and 6 chicken wings (honey bbq kind, will rinse and eat oh well I want them will be my 18 carbs for the day) soo hungry, might be the extra workout.
D: bbq rib eye steak. MY FAVORITE!!

Sorry I was MIA yesterday, we spent the day on the lake and enjoyed this last bit of summer we're having. It was 108 degrees yesterday, so I'm hoping summer keeps holding on a little longer!

Okay, this is the picture of me in my size 12 jeans and the shirt that was too tight last month. It's not a great picture, the flash insisted on coming on, but I just took it to send to my daughter because she was with me when I tried the shirt on last month and it didn't fit, so I wanted her to see it now that it does fit.

I seem to be struggling a bit with the scale this month, just 1 pound in the last 10 days, but I can tell my body is changing and smaller sizes are fitting, but it's still a little discouraging.

Well I broke my rule of once a week weighing...and saw I was down half a pound to 193! Hope it sticks! It's been a looooooong time since I saw a loss 2 weeks in a row, much less two days!

Laura, Pinkcadillac,Shelley, Trinigirl and I know there are others...not a single one of you look like would have children the ages you have! Amazing!

Hello ladies....
Messy weekend total re-start today so just reading through an catching up with everything. I've decided to go back to JUDDD and today is my first Down Day so have to restrict to 500 calories (They advise using shakes for the 1st couple of weeks to get used to it)
Weighed myself this morning and "arghhhhhh" 206.8 lbs 49.9% water & 40.5% body fat!

Lost 40 pounds back then and maintained for almost 8 years...then carb creep crept. I've always been low carb, but went hard core again in March 2012.

Another lb down... it seems that if I don't lose one day I will lose the next... I will take it. 6 bls away from goal now.... I might just make it Yesteday was a bummer as far as eating... I just felt bad most of the day.... I had to run to town first thing so I didn't eat till I got home and it was close to 11.... then my husband wanted to go out and go shopping and to eat....He wanted to go to Golden Corral... so I agreed... that was the hardest place to find something legal to eat... everything had sauces of some kind poured over them, I finally just got me 2 fried chicken thighs and pulled the skin off of them... and that didn't settle on my stomach... husband finally got someone to cook him some hamburger patties with a little cheese on top... we left there full, but not satisfied.... last night I ate a few piece of turkey and a few pork rinds... had to force that down me...

hope every has a wonder day......so many loses, so proud of all ofyou and for the ones that didnt' lose....hang in there its coming... sometimes we have to learn to be patient with our bodies...

mycattaz when I went to Golden corral I had them cook me steaks and i had the green bean casserole.. not sure how legal that was but sure tasted good. I know I use a lil bit of cream of mushroom soup when I cook and I do fine.

DQ remember to bring us all a doggie bag of Pig roast!

Trini do you have any rosemary oil or eucalyptus oil?? When I got bronchitis I would get in the big clawfoot bathtub we had get the water as hot as I could stand it and add a lil bit of E.O. When it was really bad that was the only way I could get any sleep.

So bummed out on Saturday to see my numbers rise again. This re-induction has been so frustrating!! Anyway, yesterday, I ate low cal and ultra low carb to try and get things moving and it seems to have worked.

Hopefully I won't see another jump tomorrow. I missed you all yesterday, so I'm off now to catch up on your news.

Laura we got there to early for the steaks.. we learn the hard way... right now we are doing just the meat and eggs and cheese until at least tomorrow our two week on program..... and then we will decide what we are going to add next... I love green beans.... I could of ate the whole pan yesterday

Kaillean wtg on your loss... some times we just have to shake things up a bit


1 moregin... I have one of those talking scales so I don't have to look down it greets me in the morning and then laugh at me when it tells me my weight.... Just kidding... but it does tell me my weight I don't even have to look down... its fairly new but everytime I go to the doctor there is about a 8 lbs difference, I claim it as having cloths on... does your have a battery?

Good Morning everyone!! Thank you so much for the compliments and words of encouragement!

(((HUGS))) Trini, I really hope you get to feeling better soon!! Focus on taking care of yourself. I know you and your family are so busy right now with everything on the farm, but be sure you're taking care of yourself and not running yourself down!

It does seem like buffets can be tougher than they should be. And I always feel like I'm paying so much for the little bit I can eat from them! LOL But I do like that Golden Corral usually has steak, or at least ours does, so I can always have that. We went to a buffet over the weekend, and the only thing I could eat from it was the prime rib that they were carving. I didn't trust anything else!

Laura, Nice drop!!! You are FIRMLY in Onederland! WTG!!! Can't wait to join you there!

DQ, Enjoy your day off!!! You deserve it, you're always working your booty off! I'm almost to the point of giving up on covering the gray! LOL It seems like it's showing through sooner and sooner every time I get it done. I tell my BF he's got about 5 more years of enjoying the color, and then I'm just giving up and letting it go gray. It would be so much easier!

Shelly, I totally understand the human yo-yo thing! I feel like I'm there myself, but we can get through this. If we keep working the plan, it WILL work. It's just so darn frustrating. But you so very close to your goal, and I'm sure that's part of it.

Congrats to all our losers! September seems to be a good month for a lot of us!
