Starrhae thank you. My boyfriend lives out of state and that's the thing he wanted a pic of. The funny thing was holding the camera out at arms length I couldn't get all my hair into the pic. It's super long, down to my waist and growing.

No loses to report this morning for me.. dh is slowly losing back to his 176... yesterday he drank only water.. not the sf powder thingy you put into your bottle water... not sure if this is the cause of his weight gain, but we are going to do just water for him for a few days and see what happens....

I didn't exercise Saturday or Sunday... took the weekend off... back at it this morning.. did a 1,000 pedals first things this morning... only 1,500 more to go for the day...

So this proves my body doesn't like nuts. On Saturday I made low carb sausage balls with almond flour. I don't know how people manage the rungs once you hit OWL. But I would have to skip a few because I know nuts aren't my friend and some foods I just don't eat.

Skinny b12- I do zumba 50 minutes mon-Friday. Avg burn 600-700. I wear a bodybugg. Class is 730-830 pm. I eat most of my cals during the day, have dinner an hour before. And shhhh- only a banana and 2 carb blockers after. If not- I get a headache.

I ride my bike about 1-2 times a week. Casually when daughter is in her wee ride and 5-10 miles alone. This is to keep my sanity.

I eat all day and to hunger. Stop when I'm not hungry. I go to bed slightly hungry. Nice time to down a fiber shake. Still VLC. Example-

7am a brat, 10am 2 eggs in butter, 1-2 pm pack o' salmon, mayo, some pork rinds, 5pm-7 snack on pepperoni slices (big ones) till class. Like 1/4 lb. class, if starving after- 1/2 avocado and 2 celery stalks or my banana or Atkins shake if I went hard! And tues, thurs i do!

Hope this helps!!! Only drink water and I don't do complex stuff.

Once I am under 200- oddly enough I'm going the opposite direction. Doing a cleanse, then Back to being a vegetarian! Did that for 7 years. Miss it

Shelly, nuts don't like me either. I'm wondering what will happen once I get to maintenance. Will nuts be off limits forever or will my body just get accustomed to them at some point and not cause my weight to go up for just one handful?

I Knew they'd get me! Plus No water! I stupidly thought that Paintball wouldn't last almost 5 Hrs yesterday and they had No drinks and no snack places so it was diet coke and almonds. Oh well! Back on Track today with Lots of water!

Congrats to all the losers, and to all those holding strong!

I weighed in and I am at 193.5! I'd been at 195 for almost a month, so I am VERY happy to see that go away Especially during some very trying circumstances. I held my ground and it paid off!

I measured too, and sadly no decrease in my waist or tummy, but I did lose a half inch off of my hips and a couple of other places. A victory is a victory! I know these will add up over time!

I will be happy to get out of the stinkin' 190's, but I will REALLY be excited when I get past my previous stalled weight of 185.
Want to try and exercise but it is soooo hard w/ a wee one! Plus its getting rainy here in the PNW...AND I am stilling having issues w/my hip from getting run over by a car a couple of year ago. (At least I still have both my legs!)

If I can time it right I want to get DH to watch the little man a night or two a week and do aqua aerobics at the indoor pool in our neighborhood. Just hard to get everything done and get a block of non-errand-running time to myself!

All weekend, didn't really eat that much. Just wasn't hungry. Kept carbs to a minimum but not out completely. I've done 5 days out of 7 on my workout tape. I saw 225 a few days ago on the scale and barely changed my diet. Glad to see the workout didn't take over me. Hoping to see more of a loss in the upcoming days. All of you are doing so great!. I haven't had a chance to read in almost a week so lots of catching up today.

b: chicken salad w/mayo NO COFFEE!!
L: chicken breast and a green salad - aye!!! someone brought donuts yes I ate a few bites here and there !!! ugh!! why!! lol. no more.
d: pork stirfry - homemade - very minimum amount of brown rice mixed in. none the less it's carbs - might change this since I had carbs in that darn donut.

Hey guys. Didn't want all of you to think that I'd forgotten about you. It took me a little while to catch up with everything. I'm so proud of all of you!

1moregin, I WISH I had your exercise ethic. I do a half an hour of Tae-Bo Cardio a week, and some pilates with leg and arm weights--but sometimes only once per week, depending on my schedule.

Thanks Pink. I had to remind myself that the goal is the important part--NOT the mistake.

Shelly--I usually have almonds on me..or pecans or macadamias.. And if I'm not careful I'll eat too many.

I'm back on the wagon since last Thursday, and I weighed myself this morning. This month is clearly NOT the month for me..but at least I'm not above my starting weight from Sept 1. I'm really doubting that I'm going to hit my September goal of 227. But I've definitely found some renewed dedication to tracking tracking tracking.

I'll check back in the morning! I'm hopeful!
